William Kohn exhibition

File consists of records related to the planning of an exhibition of works by William Kohn, organized by the Dalhousie art Gallery through Kohn's gallery representative, The Graphics Gallery, san Francisco. The exhibition was presented by the Dalhousie Art Gallery in December 1971.

Records consist primarily of correspondence between The Dalhousie Art Gallery, Kohn, and The Graphics Gallery. Additional records consist of a new release from the Oakland Museum, press about the Graphics Gallery, a loan agreement form, a C.V., biography, and list of artworks for Kohn, a photocopy of a newspaper article titled 'Austere Forms at the Graphics' about Kohn's artwork, and a copy of a review of Kohn's work by Lucian Krukowski.
