Records consist of correspondence between Evelyn Holmes (Acting Curator, Dalhousie Art Gallery) and Cecile Valin (Exhibition Administrator, National Gallery of Canada), a condition report, lists of artworks, press releases, loan agreement, and photocopies of newspaper clippings. Records include photographs of an eighteenth-century French drawing titled 'The Paralytic' by Jean-Baptiste Greuze and a nineteenth-century French drawing titled 'The Entombment of Atala' by Anne-Louis Girodet-Trioson.
