Subseries contains records created and collected by both the Alumni and the Alumnae Associations in their efforts to compile honour rolls and a memorial for Dalhousians who served in World War One. Records types include correspondence, photographs, newspaper clippings and lists.
Series contains nine 16 mm film reels containing "There Stands Dalhousie," which premiered at an Alumni Association event in 1976. The film contains video of various Dalhousie buildings and individuals, including David Brown, President Henry Hicks, Wilf Creighton, Miss. Metherall, Murray Rankin, Professor Willis, and C.L. Bennet.
File contains correspondence, invitations, a program, newspaper clippings and four photographs relating to the gift of a copy of a bust of Norman MacKenzie to Dalhousie University from the University of British Columbia Alumni Association.

File contain meeting minutes of the Executive Committee of the Dalhousie Alumnae Association between December 18, 1918 and Spring 1935. Inserted between pages are postcards announcing meetings, a ballot for the Alumnae Governor and a typed extract from the July 9, 1881 minutes of the Board of Governors concerning the admission of women to the college.
File contains two volumes of meeting minutes. The first volume is a continuation from an earlier book and has entries dated October 17, 1916 through May 6, 1932. The second volume contains minutes from March 28, 1942 through March 31, 1947.
File contains lists of medical school alumni, including lists for graduates with fellowships, students who didn't graduate, and graduates by province, country etc.
