History

Leslie Cleveland Harlow was professor of chemistry at the Normal School in Truro from 1902 to 1913. In 1906 he was appointed professor of chemistry and soils and Provincial Chemist at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College, a position he held until his retirement in October 1941. In addition to these duties, he served as principal of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College for the academic year 1940-41.
