Norman Cohn is a Canadian filmmaker. Cohn became associated with the Centre for Art Tapes in 1984 because of their involvement in a video recording entitled “Halifax cable show- 4 works”, which became a part of the centre’s tape collection.

Marx Verabioff is a Canadian artist and is based in Los Angeles, who is known for his artwork that uses word as image. He has exhibited artwork internationally Verabioff is a 1985 graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.
Custodial history
The tape was donated to the Dalhousie University Archives in 2013 by the Centre for Art Tapes.

Item consists of three video works : Monoltage by Mark Clifford; Suburban stress by Mark Verbioff; and Valley vista home by Norman Cohn. Each video is preceded by artist statements.
