Cooke (extreme right), Dean of Arts and Science at Dalhousie University, was presented with a book on Quebec when he visited the recently-established Quebec Centre of Dalhousie. Making the presentation is Jack Kool, secretary of the centre. Also in the picture is Peter H. Collin, lecturer in French, (second from left) and Professor Etienne F. Duval, director of the centre. The books were donated to the centre by the Minister of Cultural Affairs of Quebec." "Dernierement, le Doyen de la Faculte des Arts et Sciences le doctuer H.B.S. Cooke, a droite, visitait le Centre Quebecois de l'Universite de Dalhousie. A cette occasion, Monsieur Jack Kool, secretaire, remettair au doyen un livre gracieusement offert par le Ministere des Affaires Culturelles de Quebec. Gauche a droite: M. Kool; Peter H.
