Scope and content

File consists of documents relating to Jerome Barkow's Evolution et sexualite humaine paper. The paper itself is about studying through evolutionary theory and social organization theory, how humans evolved sexually , in the same way ancient humans evolved by adapting to our environments. Other items consist of a letter to Joseph Levy, a professor at the Sexology module in the Universite du Quebec a Montreal; and numerous draft versions of Barkow's paper, which include introductory messages from him, stating that the paper will be translated from English to French, for them not to circulate the draft copies until he has a proper contract and copyright with it, and then a month later in February 1978, to circulate 75 copies of it to everyone on Barkow's mailing list.
