Biographical history
David Murray was a Halifax actor, musician and radio broadcaster. For many years he had a regular program on CBC radio called "At the Opera."
Custodial history
Items were donated in 1973 by Mrs. David Murray. Donation also included David Murray's books, records and tapes, which where added to the Killam Memorial Library's music collection or special collections as appropriate.
Scope and content
Fonds includes handwritten catalogues of David Murray's record collection, manuscripts of a skit called "Pukka Sahib," and notes on Frederic Chopin.
