Dalhousie University Foundation Inc. is a New York-based non-profit organization that raises money from alumni and others to further Dalhousie University's educational and scientific research programs. It was granted tax-exempt status in 1957.
Custodial history
Records were donated to the Dalhousie University Archives in accession (1992-013) on 2 April 1992 by Charlotte Sutherland.
Scope and content
Fonds consists of records regarding the Dalhousie University Foundation's activities during the late 1940s and the early 1980s. Fonds contains correspondence and financial records, including banking statements, accounting journal sheets, account book, and others textual records. Fonds also contains Dalhorizon newsletters.
