Includes a copy of a draft syllabus for the Training Programme, "Coastal Management in the Black Sea and in the Mediterranean Sea," by Elisabeth Mann Borgese; brochures for various courses at BSU; meeting materials (lists of participants; memorandum of understanding between the IOI and BSU; and a project proposal. The file also contains some correspondence on a proposed operational centre of the IOI in Izmir, Turkey.
