File contains correspondence with Börlin, a Swiss economist, who was a lecturer for the Training Programme. Some correspondence concerns papers to be presented at Pacem in Maribus (PIM) and the International Centre for Ocean Development (ICOD)'s "Ocean Forum." File also includes drafts of Borlin's contributions to Borgese's "The Oceanic Circle," titled "Ocean Related Indicators," and her comments; articles Borlin used in researching his contribution to "The Oceanic Circle;" and a proposal co-written by Börlin and Orio Giarini.
