Biographical history
Michael Eagan is a Canadian designer who graduated from the National Theatre School of Canada in 1967. He has designed for many of the major theatre, dance and opera companies in Canada including the Stratford Festival, the Shaw Festival, Canadian Stage, Theatre Calgary, Centaur Theatre, Theatre Lac Brome, Theatre Plus. He was also director of design at the National Theatre School of Canada. He has also designed on Broadway and at the Julliard School, and for film and television.

Leigh Ann Vardy is a lighting designer born and based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She has worked as a designer for theatre and dance companies across Canada, including the Globe Theatre, Neptune Theatre, Buddies in Bad Times, Great Canadian Theatre Company, Soulpepper Theatre, Factory Theatre, The Segal Centre, Centaur Theatre, The Stratford Shakespeare Festival, and the Charlottetown Festival, among many others. She has won five Robert Merritt Awards for design and has been nominated for the Siminovitch Prize. She is an instructor and coach at the National Theatre School of Canada.

File contains annotated copies of set and lighting designs for Neptune Theatre's production of "Cats," directed by Ron Ulrich and designed by Michael Eagan (set) and Leigh Ann Vardy (lighting). The designs are drawn to the scales of 1/4" = 1' and 1/2" = 1'.
