Subseries contains minutes of both the Executive (later Board of Directors) meetings and of the Annual General meetings (AGM), including committee and division reports. Earlier minutes are written or typed or printed and pasted into bound volumes, which also contain meeting notices and other announcements, and newspapers clippings. From 1971 onwards, AGM minutes appear in the printed and spiral-bound annual reports.
