File is an audio reel containing a report on an AIDS vigil at St. George's Church on Brunswick Street held the previous day (Sunday, May 28). Halifax peace activist and songwriter Ed McCurdy called out the names of cities all over the world conducting AIDS vigils in solidarity, and the prayer of the choir was "Dona Nobis Palem" - grant us peace. CKDU's Lisa Monk attended the vigil. The episode was recorded on May 29, 1989, and was broadcast on May 30, 1989 on Title Waves, a CKDU program.
