File contains 215 photographs taken by Bill Freedman at a variety of locations, including Aylesford Lake, NS, and Halifax County, between 1980 and 1995. General note

Signatures note
Most slides were originally held in a tan metal slide box with handwritten label: "Sudbury Forestry". They were stored in compartments 21-30, titled "Bird plots", "Herbicide", "Experimental Clear-Cut", "Hydrology", and "Biomass", as per Freedman's penciled location key. About a quarter of the slides were stored in archival plastic sleeves titled "Forestry", and found in an untitled black three ring binder. Most of the Nova Scotia material was found in an untitled, small clear plastic slide case.
