Parts of the photograph are filled in with off-white paint. A typed cutline and a cutline clipped from a newspaper are attached to the back of the photograph. A piece of translucent paper and a sticky note are attached to the front.

There is a blank action request form from the CBC stuck to the first page that says "Thank-You. Bruce."
