The utility contractors included in the agreement with IBEW Local 1928 are Atlantic Pole Line Limited, B.G. Checo International Limited; Comstock International Limited; F.A. Tucker (Atlantic) Limited; Power Tel Utilities Contractors; Transelec Incorporated; K-Line Maintenance & Construction Limited; Black and MacDonald Limited; and Delta Electric Co., Ltd.
