File Includes UN press releases ("Senegal Ratifies Law of the Sea Convention," "States Parties to Law of Sea Convention to Meet at Headquarters 19-29 May") a copy of a working paper by Elisabeth Mann Borgese (on the Sustainable Development Commission); a draft letter Mann Borgese wrote to the Maltese Prime Minister (attached is Mann Borgese's "Policy Integration: The Ocean Assembly"); and a memorandum of understanding between the IOI, the Commission on Environmental Law (CEL), and the International Union for the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN).
