Series contains duplicate posters from fonds in the Nova Scotia LGBT Seniors Archive. Materials in series include posters for the Halifax Fetish Ball, Mr. Atlantic Canada Leather [M.A.C. Leather] contests, other LGBT events in Halifax and Montreal, LGBT films, and posters and acetate negatives of posters for events held at Rumours, a bar owned and operated by the Gay and Lesbian Association of Nova Scotia [GALA].

Series contains posters for concerts by the Halifax Camerata Singers, including those performed with various guest artists and ensembles, including several collaborations with Symphony Nova Scotia. Most of the concerts took place in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with some elsewhere in Nova Scotia, and in Prince Edward Island and Alberta.

File includes three posters for Rumours' Pride events, held from June 26 to July 1, 1993; three posters for the Easter weekend events, held April 8th and 10th, 1993; three poster for the Christmas in July event, held on 1993-07-24; and one poster for A rhapsody in blue New Year's event, held on 1992-12-31.

File includes three copies of the poster for the Bahama nights event, held on 1993-01-23; two copies of the poster for the Mad Hatter's tea party, held 1993-03-13; three copies of the poster for the One size fits all Christmas party and show, held December 4-5, 1993; and three copies of the poster for the original music review Everybody says don't, held on 1993-10-10.

File includes one poster for the Rumour's goes to the movies event, held on May 21-23, 1993; one poster for the Winter blues meltdown, held on 1994-02-25; three posters for the Valentine's weekend event, held on February 12-13, 1994; and three posters for the Jest for laughs comedy show, held on 1993-09-06.

Press releases regarding Pit Pony

File contains newspaper clippings about the cancellation of the Pit Pony TV series and efforts to safe the the wharf in Harbourville, Nova Scotia, attached to a letter sent from Joyce Barkhouse to her sister. The file also contains a poster for the Pit Pony audio book, narrated by Richard Donat.

Pride & Prejudice

File contains records related to Jane Austen's Pride & Prejudice, adapted by Janet Munsil, directed by Gisela O'Brien, and produced by Barry Marvel and Bill VanGorder. The play was performed at the Pond Playhouse between March 16-April 8, 2017. Records include a program; small poster; and two newspaper reviews.

Prints of Venice

File consists of a catalogue which unfolds into a poster for the exhibition 'Prints of Venice', organized and circulated by the National Gallery of Canada and presented at Dalhousie Art Gallery from October 15 to November 15 1971.

Series contains programs and fliers from Ellen Ballon's concert performances. Series also includes an exhibition program of some of the Ellen Ballon materials available at the Dalhousie University Archives as well as a short biography written by a Dalhousie staff member.

Programs for awards ceremonies

File contains programs from awards ceremonies from awards that Budge Wilson was nominated for and/or won, including the City of Dartmouth Book Ward (for Cordelia Clark, 1995); the Ann Connor Brimer Award (for Sharla, 1998); and the Children's Book Week Gala (at which Wilson gave the Ann Connor Brimer Keynote Address in 1999).

Promotional materials for poetry readings

File contains two undated promotional leaflets (likely from the late 1930s or early 1940s, promoting Kenneth Leslie poetry readings and discussions. The earliest of the two leaflets, on off-white paper, is entitled "Kenneth Leslie / Poetry Readings -- Discussions / Mr. Leslie / Reads His Own Poetry / Discusses Contemporary Poetry / Helps you Develop Your Poetry" and contains a small portrait of a youthful Leslie wearing a fedora. It contains testimonials from Charles G.D. Roberts, Robert Norwood, and Lawrence H. Conrad on the verso. The second leaflet, printed on yellow paper, also undated, but after 1938, is entitled "Kenneth Leslie : Singer-Composer / Poet", contains a portrait of Leslie to the upper left corner, with a short bibliography (ending in "By Stubborn Stars". The front contains words promoting Leslie's talent from 'Voices', 'London Times', Sir Charles Roberts, 'N.Y. Herald Tribune', 'Halifax Chronicle', Reverend Sister Maura, 'Charlottetown Guardian', and Shaemas O'Sheel, while the verso has further testimonials under the heading "What they say of Kenneth Leslie's poetry...." with the sub-headings "In London, England", "In Toronto", "In New York", and "In Charlottetown".

Includes information about a performance of Eskasoni drummers and dancers led by Lee Cremo, and Winston Whuttunee, at the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium on September 30, and the Treaty Day reception at Citadel Inn on October 1st.
