File is an audio reel containing a recording of a lecture given by Christina Ross at Dalhousie University on November 3, 1992. Ross is a professor and researcher at the Center of International Relations in the faculty of social and political sciences at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. This recording of her talk was made November 5, 1992 and is in two parts (14 min., 13 sec. and 11 min., 34 sec.).
