Canadian Library Association acceptance speech for The Leaving

File contains a copy of Budge Wilson's acceptance speech printed in School Libraries in Canada (Summer 1991) for her Canadian Library Association (CLA) Young Adult Canadian Book Award for "The Leaving," and a copy of her letter to the magazine regarding the omission of the title of her book from the published speech. The speech was originally delivered at the CLA/CACL Book Awards Banquet in Montreal, Quebec.
