Correspondence from Robert A. Logan requesting the use of one universally accepted language

Folder contains two letters; one written to the Permanent Representative of The People's Republic of China to the United Nations and the second written to the British Museum. Logan suggests in these letters that the adoption of a system of symbols representing speech sounds would make communicating globally easier.
