File also includes agreements for Stratford Shakespeare Festival, Catalan Theatre Festival, the director's and actor's agreement for the Missy and Me workshop at Thorns and Roses Theatre, and rental agreements.

Independent artists projects policy engagement contracts

File contains six contracts related to Home First Production's 2010 production of the play Home by Colleen Wagner. Contracts are between Home First Productions and Mary Vingoe (director), Karren Bassett, John Beale Jr., Mary-Colin Chisholm, David Hughes, and Sarah English (performers). File also includes a letter from the Canadian Actors' Equity Association and a copy of the association's independent artists projects policy.

Fonds consists of records relating to Renton's personal life as well as his acting and teaching careers. The personal papers include files on specific actors, athletics, clippings and publications, festivals and workshops, financial records, Portus Theatre Productions (the production company he founded), school-related theatrical education materials, committee work, unions, associations, and a variety of other subjects. Correspondence includes letters to, from, and about Renton and are primarily theatre-related. The scripts were accumulated by Renton throughout his career as an actor, director, and producer. The fonds also includes photographs and slides of numerous theatrical productions.

Administrative and publicity records for Pogie, by Christopher Heide and Al MacDonald

File contains a joint copyright agreement between Christopher Heide and Al MacDonald; publishing contract and correspondence with Borealis Press; correspondence, contract and reviews for the 1998 Tantramar Theatre Festival production; notes, reviews and advertisements for the 1994 Lunenburg Dinner Theatre Company production; correspondence, contract and reviews for the 1980 Stages production; correspondence, contract and reviews for the 1984 Kam Theatre (Thunder Bay) production; and an annotated copy of the published script. There is also correspondence between Chris Heide and Rosemary Gilbert about the possibility of converting Pogie and No More Gasoline into television scripts. File also contains a chronology of events documenting the genesis and evolution of the script development and production.

Weaver's Loft documents and other legal documents

File contains some of Robert Doyle's legal documents. The documents include a designing artists contracts from the Associated Designers of Canada, contracts from Stephenville Festival of the Arts, a lease from Regina from 1971, a lease from Granville Ferry from 1972, mortgage documents from Marian Pryor House Heritage Limited, a waiver between Doyle and a model named Joanna Haney, the Memorandum and Articles of Association for Weaver's Loft Limited, Weaver's Loft meeting minutes and other documents, Weaver's Loft share certificates and lists of shareholders, and certificates of incorporation and registration for Weaver's Loft Limited.

The Promised Land administrative records

File contains project grant applications and correspondence for Christopher Heide's "Poor People," which evolved into "The Promised Land," produced by Mulgrave Theatre in 1988. File also contains a tour schedule and contract between Christopher Heide and Mulgrave Road Co-op Theatre.

File includes press materials, reviews and correspondence for The Lunenburg Playhouse Theatre's 1990 production of "I Ain't Dead Yet!" and correspondence with various theatres and directors about the possibility of mounting the play.

I Ain't Dead Yet — Mermaid Theatre original production

File includes correspondence, notes, manuscripts, a contract, evaluations forms, reviews and a chronology outlining the project from its conception as "Grandmother's Story" through to Christopher Heide's residency at Mermaid Theatre and the company's workshop production of "I Ain't Dead Yet."

Correspondence, notes and playwright's agreement re. Bring Back Don Messer!

File includes correspondence between Christopher Heide, Michel Fahey and Ed McKenna of the Mulgrave Road Co-op. There is also a letter written from Heide to Larry Lillo, at Tamahnous Theatre, Vancouver, as well as a chronology of events between September 1970 and March 1983 regarding the script's creation and possible remounting.
