Includes meeting agendas and minutes; a programme of IOI activities for 1992; interim report on IOI activities; a report from CIDA (Canadian International Development Agency); IOI statutes; reports from the IOI's Executive Director; IOI's articles of incorporation; CVs of potential Board members; lists of Board members; and a position paper by Mann Borgese ("Ocean Governance and the Social Summit"). Many of the topics of correspondence include funding, board membership, and board meetings.
