File contains photographs of people participating in the Killam Web Café. The Killam Web Café was held on Tuesday, September 14, 1999. The event consisted of on-site demos of the latest electronic services & products, Novanet card and email registration, library tours, free handouts, draws for prizes, live music and more.

Books were divided by subject and then for each order there is the date of order, author, title of book, volume number, place of origin, date of receipt, accession date, accession number, catalogue number, catalogue price, purchase price, other expenses and final cost. Not every line is filled in for every order. UA-23, Box 71, Folder 2 also includes a listing of endowment funds.

File contains photos of Killam Memorial Library staff at Patricia Lutley's retirement party held at the University Hall in the Macdonald building. Patricia Lutley was a Science Librarian and the Head of the Science Reference Department. Some of the photographs are marked with names on the back. The Macdonald building was the university library at one time. The old reading room has been refurbished as University Hall, a meeting and special events room.

Ledger was originally bound in large volume but was broken up to be accessioned, bindings were deaccessioned.
