Photograph of aftermath of a massive ice-jam on the La Have River at Bridgewater. Telephone cables filled with local and toll circuits and carried along side of the bridge were torn out by the force of the break. Isolating not only Bridgewater but several other communities served by Bridgewater toll centre.
