McKnight (a counsel and petroleum advisor to the United States delegation to the United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea). Documents sent include testimony of American Ambassador at Large and Special Representative of the President for the Law of the Sea Elliot L. Richardson given before the House Merchant Marine and Fisheries Committee, an opening statment from that committee meeting, and a transcript of remarks given at a joint meeting of the American Oceanic Organization and the Center for Oceans Law and Policy at the University of Virginia.
