File contains Kenneth Leslie's personal copy of his collection of poems, 'Such a din!', published in 1936. Leslie used this copy as a working copy when compiling his anthology of poems, 'O'Malley to the Reds and other poems" in 1972. File contains inked corrections, additions, and excisions in Leslie's hand (addition of dedications -- largely to Robert Norwood -- for a few poems, as well as a few title and spelling changes, with poems not be included in the anthology crossed out).
Fonds contains records relating to Susan Kerslake's writing and personal life, including manuscripts of published and unpublished work; correspondence, early writing and schoolwork, photographs, awards, articles and books reviews, and materials from events she attended.
Collection contains both original records and reproductions of materials related to Reverend Thomas McCulloch. Items include a glass plate etching of McCulloch, microfilm copies of his books, a sample of his shorthand, a ticket to a lecture given by McCulloch, and correspondence. The collection also includes a microform copy of a thesis written by a Dalhousie student about McCulloch.
Item is a signed and published copy of Budge Wilson's book, published by the University of Queensland Press. This is the Australian publication of the same anthology of short stories published as "The Leaving" in Canada.
File contains three typed and drafts of Budge Wilson's book "A Fiddle for Luther," which was published as "A Fiddle for Angus." File includes an edited copy of version 3 (editing of first computerized version after meeting with Tundra in Toronto, June 1997); version four (a typed version of Budge Wilson's edits to the first computerized version); and the "final" version five (sent to Kathy Lowinger of Tundra Books on June 26, 1999).
