Item is a Nova Scotia Agricultural College button down cardigan. The cardigan sweater is dark blue wool with gold stripes, and has two pockets on the front. The cardigan was made by the Scott Knitting Co. LTD Toronto, All wool trademark. The sweater belonged to Francis W. Lawrence of Falmouth, NS. After graduating from NSAC in 1940, Francis went to war with the air force. He did not return. He had the rank of F/O - Flyer Officer, his trade was W/AG - Wireless Operator / Air Gunner. He was with the 162 SQDN RCAF. Mr. Lawrence was 25 years old and passed 6/13/1944.
Item is a Nova Scotia Agricultural College winged patch. In the center of the patch it has the numbers '40', and the letter 'A' below. The NSAC badge belonged to Mr. Francis W. Lawrence, of Falmouth, NS. After graduating from NSAC in 1940, Francis went to war with the air force. He did not return.
