The proposal is subtitled: "A Multidisciplinary Project for Improvement of the Living Resources of the Mediterranean Sea," and examines development in the Mediterranean and its impact on the marine environment. The proposal grew out of the reports and work presented at the fourth Pacem in Maribus (PIM) conference.
