Item is a minute book kept during meetings of the Medical Relief Committee of Dartmouth. The Committee met regularly in late 1917 and 1918 to discuss the care of Dartmouth patients following the December 1917 Halifax Explosion. The minute book, which was primarily kept by Dr. M.G. Burris, details meetings of the committee and efforts to coordinate relief activities with the Medical Relief Committee of Halifax. Burris added two pages of notes in June 1944 with information on some members of the committee, Dartmouth hospitals managed by the committee, and remunerations paid by the Medical Relief Committee to physicians who treated patients.

Fonds contains student tickets from Dalhousie University, Victoria General Hospital and Halifax Medical College; registration receipts; medical examination certificates; certificates of class attendance; certificates from the Provincial Medial Board; other letters and certificates certifying that Pratt completed certain parts of his medical training; and a plaque with Dr. Pratt's name on it.
Collection consists of 16 DVDs, 5 CD-ROMs, and 54.4 GB of digital video and electronic transcriptions. The collection contains oral histories given by mental health consumers that span the second half of the twentieth century to the present. Some videos are accompanied by a transcription of the interview.
The Our Voices Matter Project is an initiative of the Canadian Mental Health Association Halifax-Dartmouth Branch. The purpose of the Project is to offer older mental health consumers living in Halifax Regional Municipality the opportunity of leaving a permanent record of their lives.
The Project collects oral histories from individuals interested in sharing their personal perspective on the evolving social and mental health environments. Involvement in the project is voluntary and any participant may withdraw from the process at any time and have all records destroyed during and up to the end of the project. The project is sponsored by the Canadian Mental Health Association Halifax-Dartmouth Branch and funded by the Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness and Halifax Regional Municipality.

This fonds contains primarily research- and teaching-related materials, including notes, annotated drafts of papers, presentations and reports, abstracts, correspondence, funding applications and reports, as well as some administrative papers and employment records and contracts.
Fonds consists of patient records, manuscripts, lecture notes, course material, correspondence, published articles, speeches, photographs, subject files, and papers of various professional associations, all created or collected by Dr. Jones during his career.
The materials in this fonds were generated primarily as a result of Dr. Jones' work as a Psychiatrist in Halifax and as a faculty member at Dalhousie University. Dr. Jones was a member of many associations and the bulk of this collection consists of meeting minutes and correspondence related to these associations.

Fonds consists of correspondence with the Canadian Medical Association and its professional journal. Other contents include manuscripts of papers and addresses, including publications by Dr. Hattie. Fonds also contains obituaries, a letter from Sec. Graduates of McGill University, H.C. Pruell and a letter from Sir J.W. Dawson.
Fonds consists of certificates awarded by the Provincial Medical Board of Nova Scotia and Dalhousie College and University. There are several student tickets from various Halifax institutions included in the fonds.
