A copy of a bill, possibly used in a student parliament or another forum, on the need for Canada to ratify the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. A version of this resolution was drafter by Elisabeth Mann Borgese, and sent to Halifax Member of Parliament Mary Clancy, see MS-2-744, Box 288, Folder 8 for a copy.

The document builds off her work on the Chicago Committee to Frame a World Constitution, and was based on a series of seminars held at the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions between 1966-1967. This version contains some handwritten corrections/annotations.
