A constitution for the world by Elisabeth Mann Borgese

File contains a copy of a proposal by Elisabeth Mann Borgese on the elements needed for a world constitution. The document builds off her work on the Chicago Committee to Frame a World Constitution, and was based on a series of seminars held at the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions between 1966-1967. This version contains some handwritten corrections/annotations.
