Doyle, Assistant Executive Director of the Welfare Council, and J.D. Campbell, Executive Director of the Alberta Hospitalization Benefits Plan. The file also contains a copy of the Alberta Nursing Home Act of 1964 and the Nursing Home Plan Regulations, both of which arose out of the report.
