Article for Canadian Theatre Review

File contains a draft submission to Canadian Theatre Review and correspondence between Mary Vingoe and Deborah Cottreau, guest editor. The publication solicited a 1,500 word article on the Eastern Front Theatre's recent and past work in the areas of dramaturgy in the Maritimes. Vingoe wrote an article that describes her personal approach to dramaturgy. File also includes a b&w promotional photograph of Mary Vingoe.

Autographs and photographs of musicians and actors

Series contains autographs, autograph letters, and autographed photographs. The letters were purchased by John Daniel Logan and were predominantly written by composers, including Giuseppe Verdi and Jacques Offenbach. Many of the autographs are signed on concert programs, presumably from concerts that Logan attended. The photographs are of musicians and actors, including several of the English actor Johnston Forbes-Robertson, and were sent to or obtained by Logan for his personal collection and in his capacity as a music critic and journalist.

Correspondence includes letters to, from, and about Renton and are primarily theatre-related. The scripts were accumulated by Renton throughout his career as an actor, director, and producer. The fonds also includes photographs and slides of numerous theatrical productions.
