Trueman (Chairmain for the Central Advisory Committee on Education in the Maritime Provinces and Newfoundland), Lieutenant-Colonel K.C. Laurie (Chairman of the Board of Governors), and Alexander Kerr's inaugural address. Also includes a list of delegates from other institutions.
