File consists of documents relating to Barkow's paper, Attention Structure and Internal Representations in 1974. Items include a letter to Michael R. A. Chance, an Ethology professor at the University of Birmingham, from Jerome Barkow, explaining what the status of his paper is, and promising he'll get a draft in before Christmas 1974; another letter from Barkow, asking Chance for a copy of his final draft manuscript, considering he didn't retain his; a letter to Barkow from Ray Larsen, responding to the constructive criticism Barkow gave him on his paper; early drafts of Barkow's paper for the book being written by Chase and Larsen; the table of contents for Chance and Larsen's book, called The Structure of Social Attention; a letter to Barkow from Chance, thanking Barkow for providing some of his own photos for the book, and asking if he could provide a summary of his paper by November 1974; and Jerome Barkiow's contributor agreement with John Wiley & Sons Limited, the company responsible for publishing The Social Structure of Attention.
