Fonds consists of student tickets and certificates from the University of Edinburgh. Several obituaries from different sources are located in the case file.

Series comprises records created and collected by Henry Hicks during his studies in law at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar. Records include typewritten, perfect bound volumes of detailed notes about specific subjects and lectures, which were either created or acquired by Hicks. There is also a boat race programme and a 1939 food ration book.
