File is an audio reel containing an interview with Betty Peterson and Donna Smyth, a professor of history at Acadia University and a member of the Voice of Women. Peterson was one of the organisers of a vigil held at the Halifax Library in solidarity with Croatian and Serbian "Women in Black," a movement that protests the rape of over 20,000 women and children in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The vigil was also held in protest of the ARMX fair in Ottawa. Peterson and Smyth spoke with CKDU's Sara Shields about the vigil. The interview aired March 17, 1993 and was rebroadcast March 18, 1993 on The Evening Affair.
