He spoke with CKDU's Brenda Barnes about pesticide spraying in Nova Scotia and the protest planned for Labour Day weekend in Halifax. The interview aired August 21, 1991 and was rebroadcast August 22, 1991 on Title Waves; August 28, 1991 on The Evening Affair; September 23, [1991] on The Evening Affair; and April 22, 1994.
